You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact Knomi directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback for a valid order that complies with these terms (including final sale and correct delivery) may be considered a violation of this agreement.

Deny future purchases from customers who file unjustified chargebacks
